Shipping Policies

• Returns & Exchanges: We do not accept returns unless the product is defective upon receiving the item. Please contact us via the shop form
• Address Change: Please make sure your address is correct upon submitting your order. If upon submitting there was an error, please contact us no later than 24 hours after purchase. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once handed to the courier.
• Our processing time is 3-7 days (which does not include Saturdays and Sundays). 

Shop Restocks

These mouse ears are made-to-order with a certain amount premade before the listing is created. I try to always have at least one mouse ear made with each listing so it won't be as long as a wait to restock
